Yes. Day Print is Thai-owned and based in Sydney, and we take orders and artwork in Thai, English and Chinese. Many of our customers are Thai restaurants, Thai massage shops and Thai grocers around Australia, so we understand the wording, fonts and layouts these businesses need.

Yes. Everything is printed in our Sydney shop and posted anywhere in Australia and New Zealand. Most of our customers order by email or phone and never need to visit — Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, regional towns and NZ are all normal for us.

At Day Print in Sydney, 100 premium 350gsm matte business cards are AUD $49, printed full colour on both sides, with the layout included. We have ready-made designs for restaurants and for beauty salons and spas — you just supply your shop name, phone, address and hours.

Pre-designed sticker packs start at AUD $18 for a sheet of 24. Custom die-cut vinyl stickers such as our massage shop welcome sticker are AUD $20 per sheet of 12, and large window decals are AUD $25 each. Our AIM Seafood Sticker Kit is AUD $49 for 1,800 stickers with free shipping.

No minimum order value. Each product has its own pack size — for example 100 business cards, 50 menus or 100 brochures — and you can order a single pack.

No. That is the main reason people come to us. Most Day Print products are ready-made designs — you pick one, tell us your shop name, phone and address, and we do the layout. If you already have a logo or finished artwork we are happy to use it, but nothing is required.

PDF, AI, PSD, JPG and PNG all work. For logos, a PDF, AI or high-resolution PNG gives the sharpest result. Email files to [email protected] with your business name so we can match them to your order.

Yes. For custom-printed items such as menus, business cards and brochures we email you a proof and only print once you approve it. Ready-made stock items like sticker packs ship straight away.

The AIM Seafood Sticker Kit can be paid for online straight away by credit or debit card. For everything else, email or call us with what you need — we confirm the details and price and send you a secure card payment link. Payments are handled by Stripe, so your card details never touch our website, and all prices are in Australian dollars.

Shipping is a flat AUD $10 across Australia and New Zealand, and some products such as the AIM Seafood Sticker Kit ship free. We print and dispatch within 2 business days, then Australia Post takes about 2–6 business days to metro Australia, 3–8 days regional, and 6–12 days to New Zealand.

Yes, New Zealand is covered by the same flat AUD $10 shipping rate. For other countries, email us first for a quote.

Email us a photo within 30 days and we send a free replacement or a full refund. Ready-made stock items can also be returned unused within 30 days for change of mind. Custom-printed items cannot be returned for change of mind because they are made specifically for you.

Yes. We print Thai and Chinese text every week for restaurant menus, signage and flyers, and we check the fonts and line breaks before printing so the characters are correct.
