Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. Here's how returns work.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund. Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it out — no need to post anything back unless we ask.

Change of mind — stock products

For ready-made stock items (such as our AIM Seafood Sticker Kits and pre-designed sticker packs), you can return them within 30 days for a refund, as long as they're unused and in original condition. Return postage for change-of-mind is at your cost.

Custom-printed items

Products printed to your specifications (business cards, menus, brochures and other custom orders with your details) can't be returned for change of mind, because they're made just for you. We always proof custom work before printing. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty goods still apply.

How to start a return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order details (name and date are enough).
  2. For faulty/damaged items, attach a photo.
  3. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return (or approving a faulty-item claim).

Your Australian Consumer Law rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. This policy is in addition to those rights.
